Our devices provide operators a cost effective solution for accepting cashless forms of payment. We also preserve the ability to accept cash through our kiosks which allows customer to fund their accounts using cash at your location.

How It Works
Wifi-Wash uses a smart relay connected to each of your machines. Customers create an account on your website and fund their account using various payment methods. The customer can then use their account balance to purchase services from your business. When the customer makes a purchase, a command is sent to the device to activate the machine. This is typically done by switching the coin pulse signal to make the machine think that money has been inserted into it.
Step 1: Purchase your devices
You will need a device for each machine. If your stack dryer has a single coin acceptor, you only need one device for it. A good rule of thumb is one device for each coin acceptor.
Step 2: Setup your website
After you purchase your devices, We will begin setting up your website and database. You will be given an address eg: YourCompany.Wifi-Wash.com where your payment system will be hosted (Names are chosen during your purchase). Once your site is live, you can begin configuring it to match your brand, and setup your devices and pricing.
Aside from the physical installation of the devices, this will be the most time consuming. Here you will set up each device to match it's machine pricing, wifi settings, and other configurations. You will also configure your company information and branding so it's displayed properly to your customers. Your Wifi-Wash site will be the central hub for managing all of your devices, customer, and transactions.
Step 3: Install your devices
When your devices arrive, you'll have to install each device according to the provided installation guide. This typically involves mounting the device inside your machine, connecting it to power, connecting it to the coin pulse wires of your machine, and linking it to your Wi-Fi network.
